In a follow-up to a previous Restor Café a group of NGOs working with smallholder farms across nine Latin American countries came together to share ideas and challenges around market access. To inspire the participants, Restor convened a start-up buying super fruits from Brazilian farmers, a company buying carbon from a restoration project in Peru, and group offering “time” of the farmers as a way to invest in restoration.
