In the heart of Ibiza is Juntos Farm.

A once-abandoned dairy farm is quietly transforming the island’s food story.

Juntos Farm is dedicated to regenerative farming and local food production. Their goal is to transform a large abandoned dairy farm into a cultural destination that supports an island-wide transition to regenerative agriculture.

Juntos Farm practices regenerative farming methods to support resilience and regeneration for people and the planet. They grow fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts - all with cover crops, skip tilling, rotate crops to protect nutrients, and cycle organic matter back into the earth.

Across the farm, new spaces are taking root: kitchens, classrooms, and gathering spots that support every step, from cultivation to transformation to community.

And always, there’s joy woven in.

Juntos hosts workshops, farmers markets, and tasting events that bring people closer to the land and each other.

At the heart of it all is a farm-to-table restaurant that brings the whole vision together.

Set right on the land, the restaurant serves a mostly plant-based menu rooted in what’s in season and grown nearby.

“Restor is far beyond basic tree-count metrics. For someone like us, who frequently integrates rewilding and biodiversity into design work, Restor’s new features are gold. Restor gives us storytelling tools that communicate the depth and importance of restoration efforts.”
